I enrolled in one of the top Singapore universities, SMU’s VC PE course, where Samir Sathe was acting as a steward (success coach) of the course. We discussed the plausibility of the investment hypothesis, cap table transition plan, business scaling /funding plan, and valuation methodologies, which helped me create a clearer picture on the drawing board and made me ready to take the leap.
